Opening hours are strictly adhered to

• At the end of our 10 hour day we all like to go home to our families, please don’t ask us to stay late.

• We do not give quotes, we may be able to give an estimate if we have had your dog stay before.

We have been inundated by the share number of dog bookings and new dogs for Kennels, Daystay & Grooming, please email or message us through Facebook & we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Online Booking

We now offer online booking.  If you’d like to register for our online booking portal, please contact Kaharoa Kennels email kaharoakennels@gmail.com for more information. The booking system uses the email address you gave us to login.

Prices

Per Day

• Toy – $27 – $30
• Small – $29 – $32
• Med – $31 – $34
• Large – $33 – $36
• X Large – $35 – $38

Entire males $5 extra per day, we only take a limited number of entire males at any time and refuse aggressive and humpy dogs.

We don’t take entire males over 2 years unless they are stud or show dogs.

• We don’t take bitches on heat

Prices are based on Cleanliness, Temperament, Behavior and Pet size, so please train your pets!

Our Policy for short notice cancellations, a minimum 24 hours notice is required.

No Show Bookings

If you fail to contact us about canceling a booking you will be charged 50% of the total booking, No Exceptions! If you No Show on your first visit we will not accept another booking from you.

Public Holiday Surcharge of $10 applies on public holidays.

• A 50% non refundable deposit is required by November 1st for all Christmas and New Years bookings.
• No changes to bookings after December 1st.  
• Easter deposits are required 4 weeks prior & are non refundable.

The current busy season is in full swing, and we’re thrilled to be welcoming so many furry friends! To help us continue providing the best care during this busy time, we’ve updated our booking policies, and we want to make sure you’re aware.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, we’ll need to charge half the booking fee to help manage our limited space and ensure all our guests are cared for.

Early Pickup Policy: If you decide to pick up your pet earlier or dropped off later than booked, the full booking fee will still apply, as we’ve made arrangements to pamper your pet until their original Dates.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support! These policies allow us to make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve during this bustling time.
