Opening hours are strictly 8.30am – 10.00am, 4.00pm – 5.30 pm.
We do not give quotes, we may be able to give an estimate if we have had your dog stay before.

Entire males $5 extra per night, we only take a limited number of entire males at any time and refuse aggressive and humpy boys.
Off-peak Cancelled Bookings
Our Policy for short notice cancellations, a minimum 24 hours notice is required.
No Show Bookings
If you fail to contact us about canceling a booking you will be charged 50% of the total booking, No Exceptions! If you No Show on your first visit we will not accept another booking from you.
Public Holiday Surcharge of $5 applies to drop off and pick up on public holidays, but NOT to pets already in our care.
